Carte Blanche Quartet plays world/pop/jazz) in English, Spanish, French, Portuguese, and more.  Phil Summers (Spanish Guitar/Vocals) and Catherine LeBlanc (Vocals/Percussion) both received the Sacramento Area Music Award (SAMMIE) for World Music in the band "Yolo Mambo."
